Hello everyone out there, as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Welcome to the sixth installment of my spring / summer style series . For today I am going to revisit a subject that I touched on for the fall winter season. That subject being QUIET LUXURY STYLE and how to capture it , the fashionable topic of quiet luxury style has become very popular over the last few years or so. Probably because of the over saturation of logo happy fashion influencers that want or need you to know what they are wearing to make it look like they are living a highly desirable and luxurious life style , that they are not necessarily living. Don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with having some pieces that have heavy logo notoriety , I mean I can’t sit here and pretend that I don’t have a few logo heavy items in my wardrobe from shoes to clothing. But it’s always good to have variety and the ability to flip your style , in turn capturing quiet luxury style. The term quiet luxury is defined as a lifestyle or style that emphasizes understated elegance and refined consumption , without overt displays of wealth. Basically wearing quality pieces that still stand out because of the way you have them styled or the look and quality of the items is so noticeably good that it does not require a logo to be all over it to let you know that what you have on is without a doubt top notch stylish or of extreme good quality. And believe it or not The one that walks in the room wearing the quiet luxury aesthetic will still garner the same attention and notability as the person that has on loud logo heavy looks , it’s all basically in how it’s presented . Also important to note the person wearing the quiet luxury aesthetic may well have on the same brands as the person in the room with all the logo’s , it’s just being displayed in a more understated yet stylish way. Also don’t make the mistake of believing that you have to break the bank to capture the quiet luxury look , the look can be captured on almost any level and price point. So for today’s vlog / blog I’m going to show you how to capture this look utilizing four different brands , MR.PORTER , LORO PIANA , BANANA REPUBLIC & ZARA . Four different brands and most importantly four different price points all achieving the same look.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. It’s been a little while since we last spoke , but I’m still here helping you with your style and fashion. With that said , lets get into it , Today I’m speaking on the Polo style shirt and finding the perfect version off the shirt. Why , you may ask ? Well I’m glad you decided to ask. The Polo style shirt in my fashionable opinion , is a major wardrobe staple. It doesn’t matter if you are talking men’s or women’s wear , the Polo style shirt is one of the most versatile pieces of clothing that you could own. There is almost no occasion that the Polo style shirt can’t fit into. You can both dress it down and dress it up , it can be both casual and dressy casual all at the same time. It can be worn to the cook out and out for a night on the town , as well as it makes for a great and stylish look for the office or for the after work happy hour. Basically this article of clothing goes a long way. But the question is…is there a such thing as the perfect Polo style shirt? If you are anything like me , you are always in search of a good Polo style shirt. Now me personally , I have been stuck on the RALPH LAUREN brand of Polo shirt for the last couple of years , it has the perfect fit and the brand can be dressed up or down. Now I know to a certain generation they believe that the RALPH LAUREN POLO SHIRT is played out , but anyone that is high on style and isn’t looking to be trendy all the time , knows that couldn’t be further from the truth. But I do often find myself searching for another brand of this style shirt to wear and add to my wardrobe. I have found a few, but I’m always in search for more brands that may have a really good alternative that is also really versatile , and I’m sure you are too. Now lets take at where you can start.

DRESSING UP YOUR SP/SU STYLE 2024 : PART 2 : EASTSIDE GOLF: THE BRAND FOR THE STREETS AND THE GOLF COURSE.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Welcome to the second installment of my spring/summer series, today I’m going to speak on a fairly new brand that really caught my when it appeared in my I.G. feed. What brand am I speaking of ? You maybe asking , that brand would be EASTSIDE GOLF. The reason that it caught my eye so much at first glance was that it reminded of a brand that came out some years ago in the 90’s that had the same feel by the name of PIVOT GOLF. But the brand didn’t stay around to very long , fast forward to right now, the same appeal that PIVOT had is the same appeal that EASTSIDE GOLF has right now. That appeal is a brand that is really intended to be on the golf course , but looks equally as good being worn as a brand on the streets. So it’s a brand that has a duel purpose and not only that , but it is a black owned brand that has an excellent niche market that is not a space that a lot of brands occupy. Then combine that with the fact that it is moderately priced so it won’t break the bank and high on style which is very important , when it comes to the longevity of a good brand. Just to give a quick aerial view of the price points of this line , this line ranges in price from 50.00$ to upwards of 230.00$ , so basically as I was saying before, you are getting high style for reasonable prices. With that said let’s have a look at EASTSIDE GOLF.

DRESSING UP YOUR SPRING / SUMMER STYLE: 2024 : MEN’S ACCESSORIES: CHARVET.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Today I am kicking off my SP/SU series , and for the first installment I wanted to jump into the satorialist side of things. , by speaking on and introducing you to a brand that is truly on the luxury side when it comes to men’s accessories , they also do women’s wear as well but for today’s vlog/blog we are going to zero in on men’s wear or accessories. Now I have to confess I’m a little late to the party , so to speak , when it comes to the brand CHARVET, as this is one of those brands that has been around for ages and still maintains to be relevant down to this day. I saw someone speak on this brand on TikTok and it really peaked my interest , because what he was saying was that there five things every stylish man should own. One of those five things being a pocket square from CHARVET , reason being is that they exemplify what high-end quality is and basically you wouldn’t find a better pocket square. Even though that opinion on the pocket square is truly subjective , it still interested me to look further into the brand and what it is they do aside from really nice pocket squares. Well as I looked a little further into the CHARVET brand I found that they are even more known for their custom dress shirts , arguably the best custom dress shirt in the game , once again subjective. But to get a custom made CHARVET dress shirt , you have to travel to Paris to the CHARVET showroom store in order to get the full bespoke experience. However if you are not planning to do this there are a few retailers that do carry the CHARVET line of dress shirts , suede slippers , ties , pocket squares and their robes. I will link a few of those for you at the end of this vlog / blog , but let me give you a fair warning , this is a true lux brand and it is priced as so. Owning a piece from the CHARVET brand falls under what I call the fashionable investment category , just to give you a little bit more context on that , the shirts can run you upwards of ( $675.00 ) and the ties can take you upwards of ( $295.00 ) a brand that is made for the true satorialist. The reason that I wanted to cover this brand to kick off my SP/SU series is because I believe that dressing up is truly a lost art and so many do not know how to wear or style a suit , suit separates , or even how to wear a tie or pocket square. In my fashionable opinion not only is it crucial to know some of the best brands to help you to dress up your style , but it’s equally as important to just plain know how to dress up and dress up correctly. So now lets have a look at how to wear and style CHARVET.

MORE FASHION & STYLE TRENDS 2024.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Last week I decided to start a new vlog/blog segment: STYLE TRENDS 2024 , and I say that it was new because I usually don’t jump directly into trends. But I liked how that went from a YouTube perspective , so I decided to come back this week, continue with the same segment and rename it MORE FASHION & STYLE TRENDS 2024. As I was saying before fashion and style trends are completely subjective in my fashionable opinion , but they are always fun to take a look at and speak on. With that said , lets get into it , today I wanted to jump into the all new MONCLER x ROC NATION collabo , and as I often say , you know there is nothing that I like better than a good fashionable collabo. But this latest fashionable collaboration is another one in my fashionable opinion that you never saw coming , and that you didn’t know that you needed to see. But those are usually the best collaborations. Now in the case of The all new MONCLER x ROC NATION collabo , when I first saw it , I automatically thought that it was worth taking a look at and speaking on from a style perspective , but fair warning this is once again another one of those limited capsule collections that does not fall under the affordable category. In fact it’s the complete opposite and highly unaffordable , however that is really subjective also , But you probably know like I know , the more expensive something is , the more people want a piece of it and that’s what makes most luxury brands work because it drives the demand up even if most can’t really afford it , they will try to find a way to obtain at least a small piece of it for novelty or collectors purposes. All in all I know what I think of it , the real question is what do you the consumer think of it? As always I LET YOU TELL IT , feel free to sound off in the comments though to let me know what you think. From there I want to once again travel back in time a little and speak on a fashion trend from the 90’s and early 2000’s that is seriously on the come back ,after all you can’t talk about style trends without revisiting the past for trends that are on the way back. The returning trend that I’m speaking of this week is the return of the motorcycle leather racing jacket , this trend was really popular in the 90’s from a music video perspective , but wasn’t a look that you saw on everybody. That was probably because of the price point of the jackets at the time and not everyone knew where to find the jackets , none the less it was one of my favorite past trends and looks and I’m completely here for the return of it , because the jackets create such an individual and stylish look.
