Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you…I’m back with another one. Today I am back in my streetwear bag , if you are the least bit familiar with this vlog/blog or my YouTube channel , then you know that streetwear holds a special place in my fashionable rolodex. If you are not to familiar then you may be asking , why is that ? Well streetwear is where I got my intro into the world of fashion , from watching brands like KARL KANI or FUBU and how they got their start all the way up to being inspired to start my own brand many years ago as I saw those guys growing and taking over in the streetwear space or genre. The MAGIC Market Place was an amazing thing to see at that time as all those brands would converge on Vegas and so to speak compete side by side with one another for various buyers business. Being that I saw all of this happening and through my hat into the streetwear ring as well , I can appreciate how difficult it is and can be to maintain a streetwear brand. So it is always interesting to see how those various brands and even brands of today that have been built off the backs of those original streetwear brands have and do to maintain longevity past being just a flash in the fashionable pan and there is no other genre of fashion that is harder to keep alive and relevant than a streetwear brand. But there are those that have managed to do this be it past or present , and the brand that we are taking a look at today is The PAPER PLANES brand. This is not the first time that I have spoke on this fairly new brand that falls under The Roc Nation umbrella owned and co-owned by JAY-Z and Emory jones , and that is why it fits perfectly into my STAYING POWER OF A STREETWEAR BRAND segment. This brand was introduced somewhere around 2018 or so and continues to grow and progress to the point of going from mostly on line sales to now it’s first brick and mortar location in lower Manhattan , basically proving that slow and steady growth is better in most cases than over saturation that can cause any brand to fade faster than it should. In short, PAPER PLANES falls under the IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW category , and I have to say that I’m a major fan of this new age streetwear brand. So with that said lets have a look at what you can expect from PAPER PLANES for this current fall/winter season.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. We have reached the seventh and final installment of my FALL FASHION SPECTACULAR series. So welcome to THE FALL FASHION FINALE , and for this seventh and final part of the series I’m talking overcoats and how to style them. To do this I’m taking you on a little shopping spree so to speak , visiting four different designer brands to give you a range of styles and price points to look at in order to get the idea that you don’t necessarily have to break the bank on a nice overcoat , unless you just absolutely want to , and there is nothing wrong with that either. Just to give you an idea , a nice overcoat can go as high as 800.00$ or more , to as low as 150.00$. But regardless as to rather you pay 800.00$ or 150.00$ if you style the overcoat right , you can always come out with a great timeless look that is high on style , and that is exactly what you want. The brands that we are going to take a look at today are SUITSUPPLY , RALPH LAUREN , BANANA REPUBLIC and H&M, to, as I was saying before offer you a variety of styles and price ranges. As a fashionable sidebar ,the overcoat is or should be a major staple in your wardrobe , because it shows that you are versatile when it comes to your style game and it creates a look that can easily transition from dressy to casual almost effortlessly. Now I’m not gone hold you too long with this one today , so that means we gone get in and get out , but by the time that you leave today , you will have see one of the coolest collaborations to come this season as of yet. I mean this season , ADIDAS is just firing on all cylinders , and this latest collabo/collection that I’m speaking on today , is going to allow us to have just a little bit of fun with fashion. THE JMADDD STYLES FALL FASHION SPECTACULAR: PT.5: BUSINESS CASUAL STYLE: MENSWEAR

Hello everyone out there as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. For the 5th installment of my fall fashion series , I’m talking business casual style and how to capture it. By the way for those that are not to familiar with myself or this vlog/blog, I AM JMADDD STYLES and you are about to be styled by me. Now getting back to the subject at hand , when it comes to a subject like business casual style or dressy casual style it often is a mystery to most as to what it is or how to dress in such manner. In actuality the two are very closely related , but let’s not get too far into the dressy casual subject matter and just stick with the look of business casual style. Basically to give it a simple breakdown business casual style is the perfect blend of dressy and casual at the same time to create a look that can basically go anywhere be it day or night. Now important to note , depending on the field that you are in business casual style can change but for today we are just going to stick with a standard of business casual style. To show you how to capture this look today I decided to use three different designer brands and create two looks from each , starting with Brioni , then taking you to Paul Stuart , then ending out with Tom Ford. Important to note , you don’t have to utilize high end brands to capture business casual style , you can use any price point to capture the look depending on what it is that you wish to spend. But always keep in mind , you get what you pay for when it comes to quality and the longevity of your clothing. So what does business casual style look like you may still be asking , well I can show you better than I can tell you…

The JMADDD STYLES Fall Fashion Spectacular:Pt.2:PERSONAL FASHION STYLING & SHOPPING WITH JMADDD STYLES.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. For this segment of my Fall Fashion Spectacular , I’m taking you on another Personal Fashion Styling and Shopping session with my latest new client. We are going to simply refer to him as J.W. , now the style goal that J.W. wanted to reach was to give him a more updated business casual look for when he is working with various clients…

Meet J.W. , now as I was saying before he wanted update his business casual look , for when he is meeting with various clients. The challenge here is that J.W. is a more seasoned or older gentleman , the reason that is a challenge is because it’s important to make him maintain looking age appropriate with is more spruced up image. Meaning that basically as much as I am going to update his look , I don’t want to make it look like he is trying to hard to look like what he isn’t , his look had to be or appear to be effortless yet high on style and still give off the quiet luxury vibe. So to make sure that I was able to pull this off , I immediately went into blue print mode. Basically meaning that I conceptualized the look , I came with a look that could be styles and worn in three different ways , with the focal point of the look being the pants. After coming up with the concepts , I then sent them to the client, got his feed back and went from there. Since he was an older gentlemen , I wanted to make sure he was comfortable with the looks since this was his first time working with me , so I kept it stylish yet simple by utilizing different shades of the same color ( Brown ) , and blending them together. then eventually we can stretch out from there. But lets first see how it all went…

Over all I would say this first Fashion Styling Session with J.W. was a success , the mission was accomplished and we were able to bring the whole entire concept to life. It always feels good when I can say ( ANOTHER SATISFIED CLIENT ) , this won’t be the last that you see of J.W. , and remember this could also be you.
