Hello everyone out there as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Today aside from my usual intro , I would like to start out letting you know that…I’M JUST HERE TO TAKE YOU ON A FASHIONABLE JOURNEY. So what do I mean by that? Well 2023 is coming to an end or by the time you read this , has already come to an end, and if you have been with me for the past few years then you know each year I basically take you on a fashionable journey throughout the year and 2023 has been no different. So as we come to the end of yet another year , we also come to the end of one more fashionable journey , that I would like to thank you all for taking with me. As of 2024 it is time start all over again from this point. This year I have taken you from NYFW through various other topics and demonstrations including various personal fashion styling sessions with clients so that you could get an up close view of what it is like to work with me personally on enhancing your own personal wardrobe and style. In 2024 you can look forward to seeing more of everything hopefully this time even better than the last , but before we can get started here is the 2023 STYLE RAP-UP.

THE STAYING POWER OF A STREETWEAR BRAND: PAPER PLANES.

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you…I’m back with another one. Today I am back in my streetwear bag , if you are the least bit familiar with this vlog/blog or my YouTube channel , then you know that streetwear holds a special place in my fashionable rolodex. If you are not to familiar then you may be asking , why is that ? Well streetwear is where I got my intro into the world of fashion , from watching brands like KARL KANI or FUBU and how they got their start all the way up to being inspired to start my own brand many years ago as I saw those guys growing and taking over in the streetwear space or genre. The MAGIC Market Place was an amazing thing to see at that time as all those brands would converge on Vegas and so to speak compete side by side with one another for various buyers business. Being that I saw all of this happening and through my hat into the streetwear ring as well , I can appreciate how difficult it is and can be to maintain a streetwear brand. So it is always interesting to see how those various brands and even brands of today that have been built off the backs of those original streetwear brands have and do to maintain longevity past being just a flash in the fashionable pan and there is no other genre of fashion that is harder to keep alive and relevant than a streetwear brand. But there are those that have managed to do this be it past or present , and the brand that we are taking a look at today is The PAPER PLANES brand. This is not the first time that I have spoke on this fairly new brand that falls under The Roc Nation umbrella owned and co-owned by JAY-Z and Emory jones , and that is why it fits perfectly into my STAYING POWER OF A STREETWEAR BRAND segment. This brand was introduced somewhere around 2018 or so and continues to grow and progress to the point of going from mostly on line sales to now it’s first brick and mortar location in lower Manhattan , basically proving that slow and steady growth is better in most cases than over saturation that can cause any brand to fade faster than it should. In short, PAPER PLANES falls under the IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW category , and I have to say that I’m a major fan of this new age streetwear brand. So with that said lets have a look at what you can expect from PAPER PLANES for this current fall/winter season.

The JMADDD STYLES Fall Fashion Spectacular:Pt.3:New & Fashionably Noteworthy Collaborations: adidas x MONCLER.

Hello everyone out there as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. If you are at all familiar with this vlog/blog channel then you know there is nothing I like better (Fashionably Speaking ) then a good fashionable collabo. Especially when it fits together perfectly , but you didn’t know it would work perfectly. So for the third installment of my Fall Fashion series , I had to make it a New & Fashionably Noteworthy Collaborations vlog/blog. Why you may ask? Well the moment that I received word of a new collaboration coming from the likes of Adidas and MONCLER and saw a small preview of what it was going to look like I knew it was something that I had to speak on and build new looks from. Off the break I have to admit that like most collaborations that end up coming across way better visually than you expected or I expected them to , I couldn’t see how this was going to work , as in how was the brand placement going to work together to form a cohesive brand? But I should have known if Adidas and Gucci could form a successful high selling brand then Adidas would most definitely be able to pull off the same task with MONCLER , which when you really think about it , would be a much better fit aesthetically. Now one thing that I will say , looking at the price point of this brand new fashionable collaboration , this as I often like to say , is not for the fashionably faint of heart. Meaning that there is nothing moderately priced about this new collection , the prices range from around 95.00$ to upwards of 2,795.00$ putting any purchase from this collection into the realm of a fashionable investment , if you manage to be able to even secure so much as a pair of socks from this brand new release. So the question is , does the all new adidas x MONCLER collection live up to the hype?

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Well it’s about that time of year when the seasons begin to change and so does your style. To kick things off with years Fall Fashion series, I’m going to speak on what seems to be one of the hottest trends for Fall Fashion right now and that is you guessed it QUIET LUXURY. Now, QUIET LUXURY style isn’t really anything new, it’s truly been around for some time in the IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW space of style. It’s basically dressing in high quality or high quality looking pieces that are not logo heavy , but more so focus the eye on quality and style. Basically as I said before nothing new really , it’s just being pushed to the forefront of fashion right now. Because as you really well know every few years fashion takes a reverse from what is the norm to something that may have always been there but only noticed by a few. Basically helping you to appreciate the fact that you don’t have to have a logo everywhere to look expensive or fashionable. The question is how do you capture such a look ? Hello everyone out there as always , it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Today it’s all about stepping up your leisure style , Swimwear to be exact. At this day and time swimwear plays a really big part when it comes to style , many brands have taken the look of swimwear to a whole other level , basically making the look of swimwear something that you can wear on the street as regular clothes or use pieces of it to complete a look that combines both streetwear and swimwear for a cohesive look. I call it the signature rooftop pool party look. Now Many of you out there probably are not aware of the fact that swimwear can be extremely stylish or even think that it matters how stylish you look when you’re sitting pool side or ocean front. But if you could step up your style game even when it comes to swimwear, why not do so? The question is , do you know how?
