Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you…I’m back with another one. Today I am back in my streetwear bag , if you are the least bit familiar with this vlog/blog or my YouTube channel , then you know that streetwear holds a special place in my fashionable rolodex. If you are not to familiar then you may be asking , why is that ? Well streetwear is where I got my intro into the world of fashion , from watching brands like KARL KANI or FUBU and how they got their start all the way up to being inspired to start my own brand many years ago as I saw those guys growing and taking over in the streetwear space or genre. The MAGIC Market Place was an amazing thing to see at that time as all those brands would converge on Vegas and so to speak compete side by side with one another for various buyers business. Being that I saw all of this happening and through my hat into the streetwear ring as well , I can appreciate how difficult it is and can be to maintain a streetwear brand. So it is always interesting to see how those various brands and even brands of today that have been built off the backs of those original streetwear brands have and do to maintain longevity past being just a flash in the fashionable pan and there is no other genre of fashion that is harder to keep alive and relevant than a streetwear brand. But there are those that have managed to do this be it past or present , and the brand that we are taking a look at today is The PAPER PLANES brand. This is not the first time that I have spoke on this fairly new brand that falls under The Roc Nation umbrella owned and co-owned by JAY-Z and Emory jones , and that is why it fits perfectly into my STAYING POWER OF A STREETWEAR BRAND segment. This brand was introduced somewhere around 2018 or so and continues to grow and progress to the point of going from mostly on line sales to now it’s first brick and mortar location in lower Manhattan , basically proving that slow and steady growth is better in most cases than over saturation that can cause any brand to fade faster than it should. In short, PAPER PLANES falls under the IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW category , and I have to say that I’m a major fan of this new age streetwear brand. So with that said lets have a look at what you can expect from PAPER PLANES for this current fall/winter season.

Hello everyone out there, as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. If you are the least bit familiar with this vlog/blog then you know, there is nothing that I like better than a good fashionable collabo. It just so happens that this fall fashion season , ADIDAS ,is coming with some of the best fashionable collabo’s to hit the market. Now I’m not gone hold you too long with this one today , so that means we gone get in and get out , but by the time that you leave today , you will have see one of the coolest collaborations to come this season as of yet. I mean this season , ADIDAS is just firing on all cylinders , and this latest collabo/collection that I’m speaking on today , is going to allow us to have just a little bit of fun with fashion. The question is what new collabo/collection am I speaking of ? None other than the all new ADIDAS x THE SIMPSONS Collection , that just recently hit shelves. Have you had the chance to get a look at it yet? Well if you haven’t you are in the right place at the right time , this is an all new limited edition collection that is inspired by you guessed it THE SIMPSONS. So what I did was pick out what I feel like are the more standout pieces from this fun collection and show you how to style them in a variety of ways. With that said , let’s get to it….

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s god to see you , I’m back with another one. Welcome too the fourth installment of my Fall Fashion series , Today I’m going to take you on a fashionable journey from present to past back to present. And it all starts here , A little over a week or two or more ago , I went to go check LL Cool J’s THE F.O.R.C.E. TOUR , and it was truly an excellent show. I mean all the acts did an outstanding job from THE ROOTS , to QUEEN LATIFAH , to LL COOL J himself and all of the special guest surprises in between. Overall the show was an excellent representation of 50 years Hip-Hop.

But it wasn’t just the show itself that was good , it was the show within the the show that was down right incredible as well. By that I mean the audience , just about everyone came out dressed in old school looks , instantly flashing you back too anytime period gone by. A time when the music , the fashion , the style was all new , but the amazing thing about it was that all the looks you were seeing at the show , wasn’t clothing that was saved in someones closet from that time period. The looks being seen that night was new adaptions of that true old school street fashion , basically showing that these looks are back with a new more modern twist. But the most noteable piece from that time period and the show as well was the classic tracksuit , which was always a major staple in streetwear or street fashion.

Well it’s back like it never left , and I for one am absolutely glad to see it’s return in such a major way. So that is the focus of todays vlog/blog the return of the classic tracksuit from both Adidas & PUMA. The only difference from the look of the tracksuit then as opposed to now is the tailoring , the new adaptions of these classic pieces are designed to fit better instead of being as baggy or big , but still gives you the same great look and feel of yesterday. Also there are so many ways to style looks based around these tracksuits , in fact let’s have a look.

The JMADDD STYLES Fall Fashion Spectacular:Pt.3:New & Fashionably Noteworthy Collaborations: adidas x MONCLER.

Hello everyone out there as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. If you are at all familiar with this vlog/blog channel then you know there is nothing I like better (Fashionably Speaking ) then a good fashionable collabo. Especially when it fits together perfectly , but you didn’t know it would work perfectly. So for the third installment of my Fall Fashion series , I had to make it a New & Fashionably Noteworthy Collaborations vlog/blog. Why you may ask? Well the moment that I received word of a new collaboration coming from the likes of Adidas and MONCLER and saw a small preview of what it was going to look like I knew it was something that I had to speak on and build new looks from. Off the break I have to admit that like most collaborations that end up coming across way better visually than you expected or I expected them to , I couldn’t see how this was going to work , as in how was the brand placement going to work together to form a cohesive brand? But I should have known if Adidas and Gucci could form a successful high selling brand then Adidas would most definitely be able to pull off the same task with MONCLER , which when you really think about it , would be a much better fit aesthetically. Now one thing that I will say , looking at the price point of this brand new fashionable collaboration , this as I often like to say , is not for the fashionably faint of heart. Meaning that there is nothing moderately priced about this new collection , the prices range from around 95.00$ to upwards of 2,795.00$ putting any purchase from this collection into the realm of a fashionable investment , if you manage to be able to even secure so much as a pair of socks from this brand new release. So the question is , does the all new adidas x MONCLER collection live up to the hype?

Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you…I’m back with another one. Every now and again something new hits the market that completely escapes your attention , hence the title , Fashion That Flew below my Fashionable Radar. For today’s vlog/blog the new line or collection that completely slipped below my radar comes from streetwear legend DAPPER DAN. Now if you are a fashion or streetwear enthusiast and you don’t know who DAPPER DAN is then you need to get familiar , basically do your googles then come back and finish reading and viewing this vlog/blog. Now when it comes to DAPPER DAN over the last few years he has been apart of some of the biggest fashionable collaborations to hit the market , getting started with what was basically his comeback to mainstream fashion his collabo with GUCCI, once again if you don’t know anything about this , then you should. Then there was a few more smaller collabos like the one with Pepsi , but then shortly afterward came the DAP for GAP collaboration. But the question is , what has he been up to lately ? Well I got to admit that I didn’t see this coming and that was or is DAPPER DAN x PUMA which hit the market on Jan 14 , 2023.

This collection has the look of streetwear in it’s purest form , it is unapologetically DAPPER DAN , what I mean by that is , the look of the collection is bold and logo heavy , if you have caught a glimpse of it , you couldn’t miss it if you tried. But that’s what makes it great and that is also what makes it DAPPER DAN , now let’s have a closer look…
