The Fashion follow up: SUITSUPPLY: The Reboot.

Hello everyone out there as always it’s good to see you . I AM JMADDD STYLES , and just incase you didn’t know, you are currently looking at my latest blog post : The Fashion follow up : SUITSUPPLY : The Reboot. The reason that I am labeling this as The Reboot , is because this is a subject or a brand that I have spoke on previously on more than one occasion, but I want to repackage this former blog post with more detail. As I have mentioned in the past , SUITSUPPLY is hands down one of the best retail experiences that you will have , be it the sales personnel that helps you from the time that you walk in the door until the time you leave , or the fit and feel of the clothes that you will not disappoint you in the least bit. Their suits in my experience fit so well that they are just short of being a bespoke or custom made suit. Now I have seen some out there , that will argue that point. But from what I have experienced , and considering that just about every time I’m there , I walk out having made a purchase or plan to make one shortly after , you will feel the same way too. Previously I have referred to it as The SUITSUPPLY Experience. Because rather you are buying off the rack or going with their custom suit service , you will be back for the experience shortly after. Now I’m going to show you how to style and ware the SUITSUPPLY look for both men’s and women’s. So please take a look at and enjoy , my next presentation below. The Fashion follow up : SUITSUPPLY: The Reboot.

Fashion between the panels: PAID IN FULL.

Hello everyone out there, as always it’s good to see you. I AM JMADDD STYLES and I would like to welcome you to my latest blog post. Fashion between the panels: PAID IN FULL. For this latest installment of Fashion between the panels, I’m breaking down the fashion and pulling out new inspired looks, from between the panels of this classic tale of the streets. At this time period, the style , the fashion, was full of swagger and what would be the beginning of high end style mixed with street style , or street fashion. For this particular blog post , it took a little more work and imagination to complete the newly inspired looks from this movie , because a lot of the picture frames , didn’t give you a full look at the fashion. But with a little fashionable inspiration and imagination, I pulled together the looks that you are about see. You will also notice the timelessness of these looks from this fashionable era gone by , as a lot of the styles are back in one form or another. From the early looks of Dapper Dan , all the way to the looks of Dapper Dan right now. From the high end looks of Italian streetwear like Sergio Tacchini and Fila of yesterday, all the way to the return of these brands right now. But I could show you better than I can tell you. So without any further or do , here is my all new fashionable production, inspired by the fashion and swagger of PAID IN FULL.

All looks in this video have been styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

As you have just seen the fashion in this movie , captured a whole entire lifestyle, a feel of both luxury and street. The look of unapologetically being flashy yet cool and subtle at the same time. But as always I LET YOU TELL IT.

Well there it is , we have just reached the end of yet another blog post. As always I hope you have enjoyed reading and viewing it , just as much as I enjoyed presenting it. You can shop a lot of these looks at www.farfetch.com , www.mrporter.com , www.tomford.com and www.sergiotacchini.com. I AM JMADDD STYLES and this has been Fashion between the panels : PAID IN FULL. Fashion between the panels: Mission Impossible 2.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

Hello everyone out there as always it’s good to see you . I AM JMADDD STYLES , and I would like to take this time out as always to welcome you to my latest blog post. The latest installment in the ongoing series of Fashion between the panels. Fashion between the panels: Mission Impossible 2 . I’m taking you back between the panels of another film classic and pulling out the fashion , to style new inspired looks that are based around this spy thriller. You may be asking , why Mission Impossible 2 out of any of the movies in this franchise ? Well that’s easy , out of any of the movies this one was the most stylishly done. The movie was and is as visually cool as it is fashionable. Easily making it a great backdrop for fashionable inspiration to build new looks from to help you improve your fashionable image. Also more than likely I will return with another Fashion between the panels for another part of The Mission Impossible series. So with that said , let’s get started. By the way should you choose to except this fashionable mission , this blog will self destruct.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

This first look that you are look at is inspired from the look that Tom Cruise ( Ethan Hunt ) wore when he was rock climbing in the opening sequence of the movie. The look is a relaxed yet stylish take on an outdoors sportswear style. From the cargo pants to the Shinola sports watch , the look spells adventurous style. Kept simple with a basic tank top , Nike cross trainers , cargo pants and the look is finished with a pair of sports shades , to authenticate the whole look.

For the next inspired look from this movie, it comes from when Thandie Newton ( Nya ) steps on screen . This look is a stylish take on a sexy evening wear party look , the look is done in form fitting lace.

To accent this look I went with a clutch that is also trimmed in lace , to offset the dress. Then to finish the look off I went with the Tory Burch black and gold bracelet , a high heeled opened toe sandal and finished the look off with a subtle gold necklace for a look like this , it’s always good to keep the jewelry simple and subtle. In this movie ( Thandie Newton / Nya , had a few rememberable looks both dressy and casual. Let’s take a look at a few more.

For the next look , it’s a classic summer sundress in white with laser cut out details. As I often say , white looks really good on women especially women of a certain skin tone because it highlights the skin tone. But little known fact that white can look good on pretty much everybody as long as it is styled correctly. In this case the look is highlighted with once again another high heeled sandal done in pink to highlight the scarf and the purse. To finish the look off one again kept the jewelry simple with a white watch.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

For this look , it’s a true summer casual look , simple yet with a touch of summer sheek, a good quality form fitting T-shirt , with dark denim. But as always the fashion is in the details , for such a simple look , you can you use more noteworthy accessories. In this case a long silver chain , a plaid trimmed wedge sandal and to top the look off a designer logo belt. This is a look that everyone can pull off and should be in your closet ready to go.

Next let’s take a look at Sean Ambrose ( Dougray Scott ) this character was usually dressed in stylish yet dark clothing to go along with the persona of the character.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

For this look I had to make a few minor changes to make the look more up to date . In the movie the look was all black, to capture the look and make it look more now, I went with a blue indigo dark rinse denim blazer and jeans. To set the look off gave it a patterned dress shirt and solid blue tie. To finish the look a designer belt that will show up good against the dark denim. Creating a very stylish dressy casual look or even better a business casual look.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

Even with this look it’s still being done in dark colors , although a navy blue suit is always one of my personal favorite go too’s . For this look I had to make a minor change also. I’m not often a fan of dark dress shirts especially black. Sometimes it can work , but up against a navy blue suit a black dress shirt just gets lost no matter how we’ll it’s made. In the original look the actor wore a black shirt with this look. I had to flip it to a white shirt with a high spread collar so the look would look great with or without a tie. Then highlighted the look with a brown dress boot and matching belt.

Next let’s get into Luthers ( Ving Rhames ) style. In all of these movies the Luther character was always very stylish , and in this movie had a classic line to show he was fashion savvy. ( That Punk punk put a hole in my Versace) .

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

For this look once again creating a dressy casual look , used a tailored black dress trouser topped off with a black waistcoat. To highlight the look a red T-shirt then a designer belt with gold trim . Finishing the look with a dress boot, this look can really go along way.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

For this look , the main piece is the black satin bomber jacket, then the look is built out from there. Keeping with the famous line , I went with a Versace T-shirt and belt as the center pieces of the look. Then finished the look with a cargo pant and casual boot.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

To capture this look , as I mentioned a little earlier, I never usually go with a black dress shirt. But for this look it works reasonably well with out getting lost in the actual outfit. Then kept the look simple with a dress boot and black belt. This is one of those suit looks that would jump off better without a tie and just a open button collar.

Now let’s get back to our main character. Ethan Hunt , in all of the Mission Impossible movies, The Ethan Hunt character is always fashionably cool , but especially in part 2 , now let’s take a look.

This look is a very stylish take on a recon look, but to make this everyday stylish , I went with a wingtip boot with a rugged sole to give a casual vibe, from there the look kept in all black to keep the look close to the original and for the recon feel. The look is complete with a casual crew neck a black leather back pack and a mat black belt. In the above look instead of a back pack I went with a fashionable leather back harness , in both looks the black cargoes are a must have to complete the look.

In this film Tom Cruise had so many fashionably cool looks , that would translate well into wearable image enhancing fashion.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

Who could forget this scene, this whole scene is so visually cool , that it’s probably one of the most remembered in all the franchise. But not only was the scene visually cool , but it was equally cool from a fashionable standpoint. The look is done in what I call triple black , from the blazer all the way down to the shoes. For the jeans in this look just a basic dark rinse black without any wholes. Creating a look that will definitely stay Instyle for many years to come.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

This last look is just a variation from the look that is above this. This is what the look would look like minus the leather jacket and adding in a track sneaker, creating another variation of the recon look.

Well there it is, we have just reached the end of yet another blog post, these looks can be shopped from the following websites. www.tomford.com , www.farfetch.com , www.mrporter.com & www.shopstyle.com . I AM JMADDD STYLES and this has been Fashion between the panels : Mission Impossible 2 . I hope you have enjoyed reading it, as much as I enjoyed presenting it. Fashion between the panels: The GREAT GATSBY.

Fashion between the panels: The GREAT GATSBY.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

Hello everyone out there, as always it’s good to see you. I AM JMADDD STYLES , and I would like to take this time out to welcome you to my latest blog post: Fashion between the panels: The GREAT GATSBY. I’m back once again with the latest installment of this ongoing blog series. This time not only am I taking you between the panels of this classic book and movie , to pull out the inspired fashion and creating new looks. But this time I’m whisking you off to a whole other time period as well. The roaring 20’s , 1920 to be exact , to the era where the fashion was impeccable and the style was undeniable. The style was so fashion forward that the looks from this time period still translate well today. So pull up a chair and stay awhile. Because not only are you about to be styled by JMADDD , but you are about to be styled with roaring 20’s inspired looks as I take you into the fashionable world of The GREAT GATSBY. With that said let’s get started.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

I’m taking you to a time period where style almost seemed to be the requirement, not a lack there of. Where great fashion seemed to be the norm and not just for special occasions. To recreate this look , I didn’t have to tweak the look too much , because then even the fit was well tailored and the clothes were of the best quality . Much like now for a suit to look it’s best , you want it to be tailored to you. If it’s not bespoke then you want it to be altered to look as close to bespoke as possible.

As the saying goes , Real men wear pink , or perhaps Salmon , or even possibly mauve. All variations of the color pink. To recreate this look I went with a single more light color variation of pink , I also didn’t do the look in pinstripes, and instead of the two toned spat I went with a more dressy cap toe cognac color shoe , and topped the look off with a proper topper , the classic men’s boater hat to give you the true authentic GREAT GATSBY feel. I also gave you the look with and without a tie, to show you the versatility of the look.

This next look is one of my personal favorites, and always has been. The look of a cream or off white colored suit is always classic and classy. Not to be confused with a completely white suit. This color takes on a different feel from the normal white. , but much like white there are so many different ways that the suit can be worn. The color combinations are pretty much endless as because both white and off white are both neutral colors that make almost everything look good with it.

In this movie they truly captured the essence of style and quality fashion , it wasn’t just the main character that was superbly dressed , but the supporting cast was as well. Still showing you that during this time period , people took great pride in their appearance no matter where they were going or not going.

These next two looks show you how earth tones, browns and olives , go a long way , when recreating these looks , I used different shades of brown and beige. In the top look I gave you a two toned spat styled shoe that recreates the feel of style from the time period of the 1920’s , then for the second look i went with a double monk strap dress boot in cognac brown , although these two looks both use muted tones , they are by no means plain or dull.

To capture this next look , I went with a double breasted suit in glen plaid , but everything in this suit is in the details. With in the glen plaid pattern you see a red/burgundy stripe that runs through the suit. I wanted to highlight that , so to accessorize the suit , I wanted to bring that stripe to the forefront. To do this I went with a two toned spat in burgundy , and kept the tie and pocket square the same color.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

This next look is as classic as it gets when it comes to men’s suiting , no matter what the time period. The navy blue suit is always a major staple that is and should be in any well dressed man’s wardrobe. To recreate this look , I started with a peek lapel navy blue suit as the base of the look , from there I kept it classic. With the two toned navy spat , then added in pops of color with the tie and pocket square.

Now it wasn’t just the men that were style stars in this classic film and during this era. The women were fashion forward and over the top stylish as well. Not sure what I mean ? Well let’s take a look.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

Now you see what I mean ? The looks and the image that the ladies of this time period in this movie capture , is pure classy and absolutely regal to say the least. To capture this look , I had to make a few changes. I still went with a halter neck evening gown, but with a more plunging neck line still capturing the feel of the look, and to capture the look even further, I went with bold jewelry accents and an evening sandal that plays off the jewelry.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

The next two looks give you a true roaring 20’s feel , the first look is done in different shades of nude or beige. Highlighted with gold in both the shoes and the jewelry. Then the true classic piece in the whole look is the bell hat also done in nude. The second look is truly a recapturing of the above picture. Starting with the cape dress , but I changed the color pallet of the look from off white to navy , and highlighted the look with burgundy accents from the bell hat , to the ankle strap pump , and the major detailing in the watch and the cross the shoulder bag.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

To recreate this look I went with a plunging neckline gold dress, that is highlighted in black, a slight change to the original look, but keeping the true aesthetic of the look. Then to compliment the plunging neck line a gold necklace to make use of the open space, then to finish the look off , to twin pearl bracelets and a black evening sandal , the perfect way to finish this look off.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

For this look , I started with a floral print maxi-dress , done in black and pink. To highlight this look I went with pink diamond earrings, a rose gold diamond ring . Finishing the look with a strappy sandal , that has a rose attached to it , and a tiny clutch , that is done in pearls.

All looks are styled and arranged by JMADDD STYLES.

For the final look , to recreate the look above , I went with the pink floral dress , that I accessorized with a silver evening sandal, a long diamond necklace, the pink laced gloves and a diamond bracelet , to play off the necklace.

Well there it is , we have just come to the end of yet another blog post. I’m going to now return you from the roaring 20’s , and back to the 2000’s . This has been Fashion between the panels : The GREAT GATSBY , and I AM JMADDD STYLES. I hope you have enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed presenting it. That’s it for now , so until the next time…IM GONE…!!!..
