The Fashion Follow Up:YZY.
Hello everyone out there , as always it’s good to see you , I’m back with another one. Welcome to The Fashion Follow Up:YZY , I’m sure most of you out there already know that YZY was intended to be the more affordable alternative to Kanye West’s YEEZY brand , but instead of being partnered with Adidas , this fashionable collabo would be with GAP. From the very moment that this brand collaboration has been released it has sold out quickly or been on major back order , being a good look for both YEEZY and GAP. Well it looks like the YZY brand is set and ready for an all new 2022 release but with a slightly brand new fashionable twist. That twist being , in addition to this being a YEEZY x GAP collaboration , this time Kanye added high end luxury brand BALENCIAGA into this brand partnership, now making this a three way brand collaboration. YZY x GAP x BALENCIAGA , slightly changing the dynamic of this more affordable version of YEEZY clothing , driving up the price point just a little more.
Case and point this sweat shirt or hoody , currently retails for 240.00$ and slightly more than that on third party aftermarket websites that are also carrying this new fashionable collaboration. Basically that sounds really expensive for a GAP branded hoody , but at the same time still seems like a bargain when it comes to owning a piece of BALENCIAGA clothing , putting the consumer somewhere in the middle between affordable and slightly high end. Either way you look at it , I’m almost certain that this latest drop will be just as successful if not more successful than the first YZY x GAP drop.
